HOW DOES IT WORK?
STEP 1 - FREE CONSULTATION
We can arrange a phone/video consultation to discuss your goals, fitness, injuries, lifestyle etc. If you do not want to speak on the phone I can send a consultation form to fill in. I will then personalise your training based on your needs.
STEP 2 - WELCOME PACK
After you sign up, you will receive your welcome pack with information on calories, hydration, training tips and everything you need to get started.
STEP 3 - DOWNLOAD WORKOUT APP
Personalised Training programmes every 2 months. Workouts can be provided at home or the gym. You will have full access to my app to track your sessions, calories, weight, measurements and upload your progress pictures.

STEP 4 - DIET ANALYSIS
After 7 days of tracking your food intake, I will advise you on ways to change your diet and enhance your results. After the tracking phase, you can move to a more sustainable approach with the knowledge you have gained.
STEP 5 - RECEIVE EDUCATIONAL EBOOKS
You will receive ebooks over the first 12 weeks to teach you everything you need to know for long-term results. Examples include alcohol, cooking, hand portions, menopause, eating-out guides.

STEP 6 - COMPLETE YOUR WEEKLY CHECK-INS
Every week I will send you a typeform to be completed. I will provide video feedback on what to work on, motivate you and discuss any questions you may have.
STEP 7 - TECHNIQUE ADVICE
Send videos of your form in the gym and I will provide you with teaching points to perform the exercises safely and effectively.
STEP 8 - RECIPE BOOKS
Over 500 low-calorie recipes. Meals include a variety of high protein, plant-based, vegan, minimal ingredients and low carb options.
You will also be provided with a list of healthy snack ideas.

STEP 9 - GET RESULTS!
The most important part is that you will see results. I have trained many people struggling with the same problems you are. My system will change the way you think about food and stop you from ever needing to follow a diet again.

I've never worked out before, is this suitable for me?
Yes, the programme can be tailored to any ability and you can start at a pace that challenges you.
I do not have access to a gym, can I still join?
Yes, the programmes can be done from home or in the gym. You do not need any equipment but investing in some resistance bands (circa £10) or dumbbells (£50+) would be a great idea to help you get better results.
Can I eat 'normal foods' or will it be all chicken and broccoli?
You will still be able to eat the foods you like in moderation. This is about sustainable change, not a restrictive diet with bland foods.
Will I receive a meal plan?
No. A meal plan will get you great short-term results, but what happens when you stop following it or want to go out with friends?
I will provide you with weekly advice to slowly change your eating habits. Small tips will lead to big results!
